Unlimited Transfer: Unlimited transfer excludes transfer from any database server. Transfers for database server transfers that exceed 10 GB, in the aggregate, during any calendar month will result in additional fees or site suspension. Customer may not resell or give away Web space under a domain name or create "sub domain" Web sites on behalf of other companies, groups or individuals, se the Web site to store Web pages, files or data for other IP addresses or domain names, or as a repository for files, data or "Warez group" download transfer, offer adult content, mp3 downloads, or software downloads, use the Web site as a storage area for files that are not linked to Customer's Web pages hosted on the same site on TST's servers, utilize CGI/PERL chat, JAVA chat or any other chat scripts. In the event of a violation of these rules TST may, in its sole discretion, immediately suspend service without notice or bill customer additional fees for transfer usage.
Free Domain Name: Offer valid for one (1) free, new .com, .net, or .org domain name registration. Offer not valid on domain renewals or transfers. Interland cannot assure domain name availability.
